South Korea's president offered Monday to help energy-hungry India build more nuclear plants as the two Asian powerhouses set a goal of doubling bilateral trade by 2014. After closing 2009 with a $20 billion order from the United Arab Emirates to build nuclear power plants, South Korea aims to ink more deals.
