Fears for rare tigers after SAsia cyclone

Conservationists in Bangladesh and India on Wednesday launched a search in the world's largest mangrove forest for endangered Bengal tigers following a cyclone that killed at least 180 people. Global emissions to leap 39 percent by 2030: US

Global carbon dioxide emissions are set to rise 39 percent by 2030 as energy consumption surges in the developing world, notably in Asian giants China and India, the United States warned on Wednesday.
